We want you to be entirely considered in your purchase. If a piece is not right, you are welcome to return it within 30 days of delivery.
Our returns policy
- 30 days. You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
- Original condition. Items must be returned unworn and in their original condition, with all tags, packaging and any included items intact.
- Return postage. Buyers are responsible for return postage, unless the item is faulty, not authentic, or not as described — in which case we cover the cost in full.
- Tracked returns. We recommend returning items via a tracked and insured service, as items remain your responsibility until they reach us.
How to make a return
- Contact us via our contact page or by email at admin@clobberlockerlondon.co.uk, quoting your order number.
- We will confirm the return and provide the return address.
- Return the item, in original condition, using a tracked and insured service.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will issue your refund to the original payment method within 5 working days. We will notify you by email when this is done.
Faulty, not authentic, or not as described
Authenticity is guaranteed. If an item is ever faulty, not authentic, or not as described, we will arrange a return at our cost and issue a full refund. Please contact us as soon as possible so we can put it right.
