Are your items authentic?
Yes. Every item sold by Clobber Locker London undergoes our authentication and verification process before being offered for sale. Authenticity Guaranteed. You can read more on our authentication page.

What happens if an item is found not to be authentic?
Authenticity is guaranteed. In the unlikely event an item is found not to be authentic, we will arrange a return at our cost and issue a full refund.

Condition

Are items new or pre-loved?
We are a luxury resale house. Each piece is graded honestly using condition-led language — from Pristine through to Visible wear — so you know exactly what you are receiving. The grade and any notes are shown on every product page.

How accurate are the photographs?
Our photographs are intended to represent each piece honestly, alongside its written condition grade.

Orders and payment

How do I place an order?
Add your chosen piece to the bag and proceed through our secure checkout.

Is checkout secure?
Yes. Payments are processed securely through Shopify's encrypted checkout.

Delivery

How long does delivery take?
UK orders arrive within 1–3 working days, dispatched within one working day where possible. All orders are sent tracked and insured. UK delivery is complimentary on orders over £500. Worldwide shipping is available, calculated at checkout. See our delivery page for full details.

Will I be able to track my order?
Yes. You will receive tracking details by email as soon as your order is dispatched.

Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. Worldwide shipping is available, tracked and insured. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, and delivery times vary by destination.

Returns

What is your returns policy?
You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery, in their original condition. Buyers are responsible for return postage unless an item is faulty, not authentic, or not as described. See our returns page for the full policy.

How long do refunds take?
Once your return has been received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 working days.
